1. What is a Pixel Ad?
Simple: Pixel Ad is the term given to visual advertisments on the web, which have their cost calculated dependent on the number of pixels they purchase. It's the most cost effective way to promote your website, without having to spend a lot of money.
So, everyone is welcome to buy pixels, which are available in 100-pixel 'blocks' (each measuring 10x10 pixels). You will see that 6MPA is divided into 60,000 of these 100-pixel blocks (hence there are 6,000,000 pixels in total). The reason for selling them in 100-pixel blocks is because anything smaller would be too small to display anything meaningful.
There are 6 different categories to choose from, so choose the correct category to display your ad site. For example: It would not make sense to purchase space under the music section, if you have a football website.
You can buy as many pixels as you like, as long as there are some available. When you buy pixels, you can then display an image/ad/logo of your choice in the space you have purchased. You can also have the image click through to your own website. However, no obscene or offensive images are allowed.

2. What are the terms and conditions?

The minimum purchase is $50 for 100 pixels (in the form of a 10x10 square). |

The maximum purchase is the number of available pixels remaining. |

By purchasing pixels, you do not 'own' any part of 6MillionPixelAds, our web site, etc. Instead, you are being granted, upon our acceptance of your submission and receipt of purchase funds, the right to display your image, title, description and link, which will be displayed in the respective location you selected on our pixel and directory pages. |

Once your pixels, title, description and link have been accepted and published on our site, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. |

This site will be online for a minimum of five years starting from the web site's launch date of January 25, 2006, although the goal is to keep the site active much longer than this. |

While we will do our best to make this site as visible to as many viewers as possible, by actively promoting and marketing the site, we make no guarantees or representations regarding impressions, clicks or performance. |

We do NOT accept web sites that display or promote obscene, adult, offensive, hateful or illegal subject matter, to be determined at our discretion. If you submit an image, title, description or link that we determine to be obscene, adult, offensive, hateful or illegal in nature, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your payment will be refunded, and you will loose your pixels and directory listing. |

If your image, title, description and link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show obscene, adult, offensive, hateful or illegal material, your image, title, description and link will be removed until the infraction is corrected. If the infraction is not corrected within 14 calendar days, you forfeit your pixel space and directory listing, which will become publicly available again. You will NOT receive a refund of any kind. |

If for any reason, you want to remove your image, title, description and link from our site, you can do so, but you will NOT get a refund, and the space will become publicly available again. |

Submitted images must be the exact size you have paid for (for example, 100 pixels = 10x10 pixel square). |

Submitted images must be in JPEG,PNG or GIF format, and a reasonable file size. |

Animated GIF images will NOT be accepted. |

Submitted links must point to legitimate web pages only and begin with http:// (ftp or email links, etc. will not be accepted). |

You must have the legal authority to promote the web site you are submitting as well as the legal authority to use the image, title, description and link you are submitting. |

There might be occasional downtime on for site maintenance, but these times will be kept to a minimum. We are not responsible for outages due to natural disasters or other things outside of our control. No refunds will be given for any downtime the site might experience. |

Funds must be fully received and cleared before your image, title, description and link will be published to our site. |

Your pixels and directory listing will be uploaded to the site within 24-48 hours of your funds clearing our account, and upon receipt of your image, title, description and link. Our current turnaround time is typically less than 12 hours from receipt of payment and all information, however please allow up to 48 hours. |

If two or more people in the queue request the same pixel location on the site, the person who ordered earliest will have priority. |

3. How can I download the 6MPA toolbar?
You can download the 6MPA toolbar right from here. This is truely the last toolbar you'll ever need. There is more content in 6MPA's toolbar than any other out. Checkout everything from news to games, checkout email from various accounts, not to mention a host of 6MPA gadgets that allow you to view TV, count calories or even book a flight. You can even enjoys tunes from your local radio stations or add your favorite stations. "Tell a friend to tell a friend!!!"

4. Why should I buy your pixels?
Since my website offers language support, purchasing pixels on 6MPA will give people from other countries the chance to visit a site that maybe they would not have found on their own. This will also increase hits on the advertisers website, allowing them a higher position within any given search engine.

5. What keeps people coming back to 6MPA?
That's an awesome question, and I'll tell you why. I have done some research and found that most pixel sites do not offer any "re-visit" value. What do I mean? Simple, my website offers content, to keep you coming back, like online games and a really cool webchat area to share with friends. You can talk about sites you found or just chat with people from across the globe about whatever is on your mind.
Another great reason to keep coming back is because new content and features are constantly in the works to be added for your enjoyment. For example (as the site gains popularity), I plan to add more features to the webchat, in order to support web cams and more. As the site takes off, I will make sure to keep adding content, in order to make you keep coming back for more 6MPA fun.

6. What can I expect in webchat?
More or the same as in any other webchat. As mentioned before, I want webchat to be a tool, in order to promote talk about 6MPA and the different sites being advertised. People with questions regarding the site can ask other people, who have purchased ad space how it works. You won't need me to tell you how great this site is, you'll be able to hear it straight from someone else :)
The webchat is also a great place just to talk to different people from all over the globe, thanks to the many mutiple language support. People from China can converse with people in Germany and people from Germany and talk to someone from Spain.
Just a little side note: For all those that have plans of being up to no good in the webchat, you will be monitored and I will ban users that either promote crude or inappropriate behavior.

7. How long will the site be online?
I have plans to keep 6MPA up for a very long time. This is a site people from all over the world will be able to view for many years to come. Imagine this site still up 30 years from now. You could show your kids, what was "in" at the time. This site could go down in history as the most popular pixel site of all time.
